Does the new health-care reform law affect health spending accounts?

I’ve been getting this question quite a bit this year and if you’re looking for the quick answer, it’s “yes.”

If you want more information, read on, but keep in mind: I usually strive to inject some sort of humor or entertaining style to my writing.
